Our extensive programme of management courses have been further developed for 2010. We generally run courses in house as we find it much more effective to tailor material to your particular situation.
It is not our style to impose solutions. Our aim is to provide our clients with a custom built service using the benefit of years of management experience to deliver practical training, tailored to your organisation’s requirements. If you only have one or two people who require training we can still run tailored courses on a coaching basis.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA) or Skill Scan
Put simply it is a four part process. Step one identifies each element of the job. Step two identifies the skills required to undertake each element successfully. Step three assesses the competency of the individuals performing the job. Step four produces a matrix which identifies any competency shortfalls which require future training or fully competent individuals who could provide the training.
Another name for the same process is a ‘Skill Scan’.
